Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data KIN Create collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers the marketing website and the KIN Create platform.
1. Data we collect
Account data you provide: name, email, role, business or creator profile details, and content you submit (campaigns, applications, deliverables, bio-link and portfolio content).
Usage and device data: how you interact with the platform, log and diagnostic data, and cookie-based identifiers described in our Cookie Policy.
Payment onboarding data is handled by our payment provider in a hosted flow; sensitive identity and bank details are collected by that provider, not stored in the KIN Create dashboard.
2. How we use data
To provide and operate the platform (accounts, discovery, campaigns, deliverables, payments status, notifications); to keep it secure and prevent abuse; to support you; to comply with legal obligations; and to improve the service.
AI-assisted features process the specific inputs needed for a task (for example, campaign context to draft copy or explain a match). AI output is decision support and is treated as untrusted until a human reviews it.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis (for example, the GDPR), we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent (for example, certain cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing) under appropriate agreements; between the parties to a collaboration as needed to run a campaign; and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Tenant isolation and security
Business and creator workspaces are tenant-isolated: data is scoped to the workspace that owns it and access is authorisation-gated. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Creators can export their data and request erasure of eligible personal data from the privacy tools in their workspace.
7. Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Signed-in creators can use the in-product data export and erasure tools; anyone can contact us to exercise rights.
8. International transfers
Where data is processed in another country, we use appropriate safeguards for the transfer as required by applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. To exercise your rights or ask a question, use our contact page.
