1. Who we are and who these terms cover

KIN Create provides a workspace where businesses discover creators and manage creator partnerships, and where creators publish profiles and manage opportunities. These terms apply to every visitor, business user and creator who uses the platform.

If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to act on by law, or that poses a security or integrity risk to the platform or other users.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful content, harassment, misrepresentation of audience or results, scraping or unauthorised access, interference with platform integrity, or use that infringes another party's rights.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, audience and portfolio information. Businesses are responsible for the campaigns, briefs and decisions they create.

4. Campaigns, deliverables and decisions

The platform helps coordinate discovery, invitations, applications, deliverables, approvals and recorded outcomes. Decisions to invite, select, approve or pay remain the responsibility of the business and creator involved.

Any matching, ranking or AI-assisted explanation is decision support only. It does not guarantee outcomes and does not replace your own judgement.

5. Payments

Payment features currently operate in a provider sandbox (test mode). No live-money processing is offered through these terms. Where and when real payments are introduced, additional payment terms will apply and be presented before you use them.

Fees for the platform itself, if any, are described on the Pricing page and presented before you incur them.

6. Intellectual property

You retain the rights in the content you submit. You grant KIN Create a limited licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. KIN Create retains all rights in the platform, its software and its brand.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, KIN Create excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
